Phone bill bragging: $26.50/month

Clark Howard exhorted me to buy my phone directly and use a prepaid plan. Much cheaper than buying a "free" cell phone from the phone company that they bill me for every month.

I switched to prepaid 10 years ago. I calculated it saved me thousands of dollars.
